No, even though we believe that alkaline water has great benefits, drinking it in excess can cause disruption to the normal functionality of your stomach. The stomach has a natural acidity that needs to be kept, and constantly adding an alkaline PH to it can cause damage or discomfort. For this reason, we only offer individual Alkaline water bottles in our online shop, these bottles create alkaline water only when you need or want to drink it but they do not constitute a replacement for your day-to-day drinking water.

Our manufacturer's warranty covers the complete unit or parts if repair is needed. The length of our manufacturer's warranty varies depending on the unit you have. On the "Systems" section you can find information for each machine; some are lifetime and others have a 3-year warranty. Regarding service, Serenity Water Systems offer a 3-month service-free warranty. This covers any problem that might have been caused during the installation of your unit or manufacturer's defects. After this three-month period, you will receive yearly service visits, which will be free of charge, on this visit filters will be replaced and any problems the units might be having will be addressed at this time. Filters are not covered and will be charged to the customer. An extended service warranty can be purchased by contacting customer service in case you would like to check your systems more often than the once-a-year service visit, or you can choose to pay the amount of $120 per service visit, this charge is measured for a visit of up to 1 hour, after the first hour, if more time is needed, the charge is $70 per hour. This applies within Saskatoon and the surrounding area of up to 30 min or 50 km away from Saskatoon. Service calls from outside Saskatoon will be free within the 3-month period but a gas and mileage charge will apply.

Everything on our online shop can be shipped all over Canada. Regarding our systems, the only ones that can be shipped are the under-the-counter ones, which includes; Reverse osmosis systems, ultrafiltration, and Hydrogen machine. This is for safety reasons since the rest of our systems require to be installed by a professional plumber and we like to ensure that it is done that way for the systems to work properly. Even though under-the-counter systems can be installed by the owner using installation guidelines provided by us, Serenity Water Systems INC. is not liable for any damage done to the unit or home due to misuse of installation and service guidelines, we strongly recommend using a professional for installation.
